Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford will train individually on Thursday, as reports suggest he has been ruled out of England’s Euro 2020 qualifier with Czech Republic tomorrow.

England say Rashford trained on his own in England’s last training session before travelling down to London for their first Euro 2020 qualifier at Wembley.

The21-year-old is reported to be a major injury doubt due to an ankle injury picked up in the Premier League draw with Liverpool last month.

Rashford has played four times for United since then, but is said to be suffering enough to rule him out of the Czech Republic game.

The report says Rashford has not withdrawn from the England squad, and the FA will make a decision on whether to take him to Montenegro for next week’s clash in Podgorica.

United will be hopeful England’s decision is simply precautionary, as they have already seen four players withdraw from international duty with injury already this week.

Luke Shaw and Anthony Martial withdrew from the England and French squads at the beginning of the week, while Romelu Lukaku and Nemanja Matic were later ruled out of Belgium and Serbia’s fixtures respectively.

If Rashford is ruled out of England’s fixtures, that leaves Paul Pogba, Antonio Valencia, Eric Bailly, Scott McTominay and David De Gea as their only players away on international duty.
